Kuwait: His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa attended the final match of the 26th Arabian Gulf Cup today, held at the Jaber Al-Ahmed International Stadium in the State of Kuwait.
The match concluded with the Kingdom of Bahrain National Football Team claiming victory in the Arabian Gulf Cup over the Sultanate of Oman National Football Team, with a score of 2-1.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman extended his congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister on this occasion.
His Highness noted that this victory contributes to the record of national achievements across various fields, reflecting the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.
His Highness congratulated all the players, administrators, and technical staff of the Bahrain National Football Team on their performance throughout the championship, which lead them to this victory.
HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman noted that this achievement reflects the development of sports in Bahrain, thanks to the support of His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of the General Sports Authority and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
